SPOT PROCEDURES & PRICES

SPOT Orders PROCEDURES & Prices are indicated below as follows:

Price JP54 SPOT up to 5,000,000 BBLE with 100,000 Liftable Trial Shipment, ALL SPOT Orders including Trial Shipments are FOB Novorossiysk Port at Price of USD $100.00 per BBL NET to Buyer, with $3.00 Commission to Buyer Group members.

Price for D2 SPOT up to 1,000,000 MT USD $825.00 PMT with 10,000 MT Liftable Trial Shipment, ALL SPOT Orders including Trial Shipments are FOB Novorossiysk Port at Price of USD $825.00 PMT NET to Buyer, with $10.00 Commission to buyer Group members.

SPOT PROCEDURES:

1) Buyer send ICPO to seller Mandate with Buyer Profile, Website, Full Banking, Price, Procedures etc. If Buyer does Not have Strong Website, than Buyer must provide BCL from American or European bank that can be confirmed BCL must be made out to: OOO Integral Oil

2) Seller Mandate send Draft Contract Subject for Amendment, also NCNDA, & IMFPA;

3) Buyer Endorse Contract send to Seller Mandate in Word Document for Final Approval (along with NCNDA, & IMFPA)

4) Seller approve Contract and return to Buyer;

5) Buyer Send POF MT799 for the liftable amount to Seller Off Shore Bank in USA etc. and send Swift Confirmation of the same to Seller Mandate;

6) Seller Confirm Swift, than provide Buyer Tank Receipt, Dip Authorization, Commercial Invoice, SGS or Gost Certificate of quality of product for Liftable amount of quantity;

7) Buyer Confirm Product via. SGS, do Dip, Pay by MT103, title transferred, lift Product;

After buyer Lift Trial Shipment Seller will provide buyer Larger Amount of Quantity of Product within couple weeks after the first trial shipment lift of product.

P.S. That After Closure of Trial Shipment for D2 10, 000 MT Liftable, "OR" for JP54 amount of 100,000 BBLS Liftable, Seller will provide PPOP including Hard Copy Registered with Ministry of Energy of the Entire Contract (e.g., Up to 1,000,000MT of D2 a Month and up to 5,000,000 BBLS of JP54 for up to 60 Months Contract), if buyer wish Additional Orders such as JP54 up to 5,000,000 BBLS a month up to 60 months, D2 up to 1,000,000 MT a month up to 60 months. Seller will Provide Full POP for the Entire Contract Up Front for new Orders Seller has been Comfortable that buyer is able & capable of purchasing fuel, and buyer will be comfortable that Seller is capable and able to Produce the Fuel.
